Description

Chardonnay 'A Vanigghia by Li Ciuri is a white wine produced entirely from Chardonnay grapes, grown in sunny Sicily.

The vinification involves fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness of the grapes, followed by partial aging in wood. This step gives the wine a more complex structure and gives elegant vanilla notes that integrate with the fruity aromas.

On the nose, intense scents of tropical fruit, citrus, white peach and delicate hints of white flowers emerge, enriched by vanilla nuances due to the aging in wood. On the palate, the wine is fresh and harmonious, with good acidity balanced by a light softness and a persistent finish that recalls tropical fruit and a subtle minerality.

This Chardonnay pairs perfectly with fish dishes, shellfish, salads and white meats, and is also excellent with fresh cheeses.
