Terre Siciliane IGT Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 Feudi del Pisciotto

Terre Siciliane Cabernet Sauvignon Missoni of Feudi del Pisciotto was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Niscemi, in the province of Caltanissetta.

It is obtained from pure Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested entirely by hand in the first half of October. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for 10 months in new and second-passage oak barriques, and for another 8 months in bottle before being released on the market.

The Cabernet Sauvignon Missoni by Feudi del Pisciotto is characterized by a concentrated ruby red color. The nose opens with intense cherry aromas to which are added vegetable notes typical of the variety from which it is obtained. On the palate it is powerful and structured, with a pleasant persistence.

Perfect to accompany red and roasted meats, it is ideal in combination with kid, lamb, porcini mushrooms and aged cheeses.
