Description

SP68 Bianco by Arianna Occhipinti is a fresh and aromatic white wine produced in Sicily, composed of Albanello and Moscato d'Alessandria grapes. The vineyards extend over 4.5 hectares of sandy limestone soil and are planted with the Guyot and spurred cordon system, with a density of 6,000 vines per hectare and an average age of 23 years.

The vinification involves crushing, destemming, maceration on the skins and spontaneous fermentation in 85 hl concrete vats for 12 days with daily pumping over and punching down. After racking, the wine is aged in the same containers for 7 months, thus maintaining its freshness and complexity.

SP68 Bianco is fragrant and mineral, with a light aromaticity that enhances its finesse. On the palate it is graceful and agile, maintaining richness and character. It is a refreshing and thirst-quenching wine, perfect for enjoying on a hot summer day.

This wine pairs perfectly with light fish dishes and salads.
