Description
Angimbè was born in the vineyards of the Ficuzza di Cusumano estate, located within the Piana degli Albanesi, in the province of Palermo.
This wine is obtained from the skilful blending of Insolia grapes with Chardonnay grapes, harvested respectively in September and during the month of August. After a cold maceration at 8 °C, the must ferments in steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Subsequently, the decanted wine remains on the fine lees for 4 months and continues the ageing in glass before being marketed.
It has a lively straw yellow colour. The nose offers interesting broom aromas, followed by delicate fruity sensations of peach, apple and citrus. In the mouth, acidity and flavour stand out, faithfully reflecting the characteristics of the wine area from which they come.
Excellent with fish dishes and tasty white meats, it goes well with appetizers and appetizers.
