Description
Syrah PaxMentis comes to life from the vineyards of Gibellina, in the province of Trapani, in an area historically suited for viticulture.
The grapes harvested at the perfect degree of ripeness remain to dry in the fruit cellar for about 20-30 days. After fermentation, it ages for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Intense ruby red with purple fingernail, it reveals sweet notes of red fruits, plum and cherry in alcohol, accompanied by delicate vanilla aromas. On the palate it proves austere and warm, with a particularly fragrant sumptuous finish.
Recommended in combination with medium-aged cheeses and grilled meat. Try it with a plate of spaghetti alla Norma.
