Description

Syrah di Fina is a classic Sicilian expression of this international grape variety, which in this territory has rediscovered an ideal cradle for its cultivation.

It is obtained from 100% Syrah grapes, harvested at the end of August. Fermentation takes place traditional in steel, with maceration in contact with its skins. The wine ages for 12 months in barrique before being bottled.

The color is ruby red tending to dark and deep purple. The nose is characterized by fruity hints of blackberry and floral violet. In the mouth it is robust and well structured, pleasantly soft and fresh, with a nice persistence.

Excellent in the company of red meats and aged cheeses, it goes well with game dishes.
