Nose of undergrowth, currant and blackberry, with a spicy, fresh and minty touch. Juicy, dense, savory mouth, with a nice persistence with a fruity return.

Description

Caro Maestro di Fina is a "Bordeaux blend" wine obtained from the assembly of wines made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot grapes, which in Sicily have managed to adapt particularly well.

Following the grape harvest, which takes place between August and September, fermentation takes place exclusively in steel. Subsequently the wine is refined in the same containers and for 24 months in barrique before being bottled.

It has a deep ruby red color. Hints of red fruits blend on the nose with intense spiciness. On the palate it is agile and balanced, with an elegant and savory finish.

This wine is excellent with stewed meats and roasted game. Try it with lamb-based preparations.
