This sumptuous wooden box is a sensory journey into the authenticity of the island of Sicily, through two iconic wines from Cantine Pellegrino: Gibelè , an elegant dry pure Zibibbo, and Finimondo!, a blend of native vines that reveals the intense and passionate character of the Agrigento area.

Gibelè is a refined Zibibbo, born from volcanic and clay soils of the province of Trapani, vinified in steel to enhance the freshness and aromatic intensity typical of the grape variety. Straw yellow in color, it offers inebriating aromas of jasmine and lavender, accompanied by notes of green apple and cedar. On the palate it is dry and fresh, with a long mineral persistence that makes it perfect to accompany raw fish, soups and shellfish.

Finimondo!, on the other hand, is an intense ruby red wine born in the Sicilian hinterland, produced with the natural drying technique that enhances the fruity and spicy component. Plum and red fruits emerge on the nose, enriched by notes of dried and candied fruit, while in the mouth its sweet nuances stand out wrapped in a spicy aftertaste. Excellent with cured meats, tempura vegetables and perfect as an aperitif if served slightly chilled.
