Description

Reference wine for all lovers of Pecorino grapes, this label represents a sort of cult for connoisseurs of white wine: elegant, complex and persuasive, masterfully embodies power and softness. Cultivated for centuries in the central regions of Italy, in particular Marche and Abruzzo, the grape is also known with different denominations. It vinifies in stainless steel tanks and always ferments in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 8-11 °C, and then ages for 3 months, once again in stainless steel.

Bright yellow wine with greenish reflections, it has a fruity citrus aroma, with nuances that veer towards tropical fruit, white peach and exotic fruits such as papaya. It has a persistent and very fresh taste with a slightly balsamic finish. Strong freshness and good structure.

It can be successfully combined with fish appetizers, tasted raw fish, shellfish and all fish dishes.
