Description
Umani Ronchi's Terre di Chieti Percorino Vellodoro was born in the vineyards of Roseto, in the area of upper Chietino.
It is produced exclusively with Pecorino grapes, harvested and selected only by hand during the month of September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18 ° C for 10-15 days. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers for about 4 months, in contact with its yeasts, before being bottled.
Vellodoro is characterized by a bright straw yellow color. The nose opens with fruity and floral aromas, enriched with pleasant intense and persistent mineral notes. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh, with savory hints and a delicate fruity aftertaste.
Perfect to accompany fish and white meat dishes, it is ideal in combination with soups and fresh cheeses.
