Description

Pecorino Terre di Chieti Peco from Cantina Tollo is a white wine produced with Pecorino grapes from the province of Chieti, in Abruzzo. Thanks to careful research, this wine expresses elegance and freshness, with a versatile character that makes it appreciated internationally.

The grapes are crushed, subjected to cryomaceration and soft pressing, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature and aging on the lees. These steps preserve the freshness and aromatic complexity of the wine.

Pale straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, it offers aromas of citrus, white peach, mango and sage, accompanied by delicate floral scents. On the palate it is full, well-structured and with a slightly balsamic finish.

Ideal to pair with grilled fish dishes or seafood-based first courses.
