Description
This Pecorino Terre di Chieti was born in the vineyards of the Monti Guidi del Carmine company, located near the ancient city of Chieti.
It is made entirely with Pecorino grapes, harvested and selected by hand in the first half of September, After the traditional destemming and crushing processes of cryomacerated grapes, the wine ages in steel and in bottles for at least five months, before being released onto the market.
It is characterized by a pale straw yellow color and a very subtle and inviting fruity scent. In the mouth it has a good freshness and a bewitching sapid vein, which bring with it very pleasant fruity sensations.
Perfect for first courses and light appetizers, it goes very well with local white meats and not too elaborate fish.
