Description

Pecorino della Cantina Tollo is a white wine that comes from vineyards located in the homonymous municipality of Tollo, in the province of Chieti, in Abruzzo.

It is produced with Pecorino grapes, harvested in the weeks between August and September. After destemming, the grapes undergo a soft pressing. The must thus obtained ferments at a controlled temperature in steel tanks.

This white wine with a pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections stands out for its fruity bouquet, with citrus, tropical, white peach and floral accents. On the palate it is full, structured and long-lasting, offering a balanced tasting experience.

Ideal to accompany appetizers, shellfish, fish dishes in general and fresh cheeses.
