Description

This Teroldego Rotaliano is made entirely from Teroldego grapes from soils rich in sand and gravel typical of the Piana Rotaliana.

The bunches are hand-picked and vinified with long maceration in contact with the skins. The refinement is carried out for a short period, half in truncated conical wooden barrels and half in steel tanks.

It manifests itself in the glass with an intense purple red color. The olfactory spectrum moves on sensations of fruit that recall raspberry and blueberry, enriched by delicate tones of violet. On the palate it is a wine of great structure characterized by a soft tannin.

Ideal in combination with risotto and mushroom soups but also with long-aged cheeses.
