Teroldego Rotaliano DOC Riserva Nos 2018 Mezzacorona

Teroldego Rotaliano Riserva Nos by Mezzacorona hails from the vineyards located within the Piana Rotaliana, one of the most suitable areas of Trentino.

It is produced with pure Teroldego grapes, harvested and selected by hand once it has reached perfect ripeness. Vinification takes place in small steel tanks, after which the wine ages for 24 months in barrique and for another 12 months in large fine oak barrels. A further ageing of 12 months in the bottle follows before being placed on the market again.

It has an intense ruby red colour with purple reflections. The nose opens with hints of blueberry and wild blackberry, which are mixed with elegant notes of black truffle and leather, in addition to the spicy and vanilla notes typical of the ageing in wood. In the mouth it is balanced despite a complex range of balsamic flavours and is full and dry, with a light and characteristic almond taste.

Perfect to accompany red and braised meats, this red wine is ideal in combination with game, game, truffles and aged cheeses. Also indicated as a meditation wine.
