Description
Tequila Komos Extra Añejo is a spirit produced in the Tequila Valley, on the slopes of the Tequila volcano, made exclusively with Blue Weber agave grown in the lands of Jalisco. The production process begins with the cooking of the agaves in traditional stone ovens, followed by a double distillation in copper stills.
After distillation, this tequila is aged for at least 3 years in a combination of ex-white wine French oak barrels and ex-whiskey American oak barrels. Before bottling, it undergoes a special aeration in Greek wine amphorae, a final touch that softens the sip and enriches the aromatic profile.
On the nose it offers elegant aromas of peach, pecan pie and turmeric. On the palate it has a full and rounded body, characterized by notes of candied ginger and toasted pecans. The finish is long and persistent, with a perfect balance between sweetness and spices.
Perfect for sipping slowly or in refined cocktails.
