Description
Don Julio's Tequila Añejo originates from a selection of the best blue agave plants that grow on the Mexican hills of Jalisco. Once the double distillation process is completed, in small batches, this tequila is left to age in American white oak barrels for 18 months.
This Tequila Añejo is characterized by a light amber color. The nose opens with aromas of lime, pomelo and tangerine, embellished with an elegant touch of caramel. On the palate it is full-bodied and complex, with hints of cooked agave, wild honey and toffee.
Suitable for the preparation of cocktails, it gives its best served straight or on ice cubes.
