Description

The Comtes de Champagne by Taittinger is a champagne blanc de blancs made up of 100% Chardonnay grapes, harvested exclusively from the most beautiful Grands Crus plots of the renowned Côte des Blancs: Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Vertus and Bergeres-les-Vertus. The bubble matures on its lees for 8-10 years in the Gallo-Roman cellars of Saint-Nicaise in Reims.

Pale yellow in color and with a perlage that makes you dream for finesse, it captivates the nose with elegant aromas of fresh fruit, among which a captivating note of mandarin becomes more incisive, leaving room for the evolution of more complex aromas that refer to raisins and candied fruit. A mature and refined champagne, pleasantly creamy, with mineral touches.

Ideal for celebrating a special occasion, it goes perfectly with fish or seafood starters.
