Syrah 2022 Paladin

Syrah Paladin was born in the vineyards of the great Venetian company, located near Annone Veneto, in the province of Venice.

Obtained exclusively from Syrah grapes, this wine carries out the classic red winemaking process, resting in steel for a few months, before being bottled.

Syrah Paladin shows an intense ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose is of great impact, with a fine alternation of jam and spices that create great harmony. In the mouth it is soft but firm, with a good tannic texture and a perfect balance between acidity and sweetness.

Also excellent as an aperitif, it is special with cold cuts and medium-aged cheeses. Excellent with roasts.
