Syrah 2020 Paladin

Syrah Paladin was born in the vineyards of the large Venetian company, located near Annone Veneto, in the province of Venice.

Obtained exclusively from Syrah grapes, this wine carries out the classic red winemaking process, resting in steel for a few months before being bottled.

Syrah Paladin has an intense ruby red color, with violet reflections. It has a great impact on the nose, with a fine alternation of jam and spices that create great harmony. In the mouth it is soft but firm, with a good tannic texture and a perfect balance between acidity and sweetness.

Also excellent as an aperitif, it is special with platters of cured meats and medium-aged cheeses. Excellent with roasts.
