Description

Alto Adige Valle Isarco Riesling of the Produttori Valle Isarco was born in Chiusa di Bolzano, on steep slopes with a cold climate, where the Riesling grape variety finds its ideal cultivation habitat.

It is produced exclusively from Riesling grapes, which are harvested exclusively by hand. After a soft pressing of the bunches, the fermentation takes place in steel at controlled temperature, with aging for 7 months on the noble lees.

This Riesling of the Isarco Valley takes on a light yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose is fresh and fruity, with hints of peach and apricot, sometimes aromatic. In the mouth it offers great elegance and structure, enriched with pleasant spicy touches and a delicate muscat note.

He loves light appetizers and Asian dishes, but he doesn't disdain fish and shellfish either. Perfect to serve as an aperitif.
