Description
This Kerner from Abbazia di Novacella comes to life in the Bressanone basin, in the valley of the Isarco river, land of full and elegant white wines.
Kerner grapes alone ferment in stainless steel at a temperature between 17 and 19 ° C. It matures for 6 months in the same containers.
Yellow-greenish wine, it expresses floral sensations on the nose that blend deliciously with notes of apricot and yellow peach. In the mouth it is fresh and sapid, marked by precious mineral notes.
Ideal to combine with sushi and sashimi, it goes well with smoked fresh water fish. Try it with a plate of polenta with chanterelles typical of the South Tyrolean tradition.
