Description

Eisacktaler Kellerei's Alto Adige Valle Isarco Gewürztraminer was born in vineyards located in the magical Valle Isarco, in the heart of South Tyrol, a terroir traditionally suited to viticulture.

It is produced exclusively with Gewürztraminer grapes. After a soft pressing, the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks on the noble lees at controlled temperature. In the territory of the Valle Isarco there are ideal climatic conditions for the production of high quality white wines.

This Gewürztraminer is characterized by a yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with an elegant aromatic bouquet, enriched with pleasant spicy notes of rose. On the palate it is pleasantly full, with a remarkable structure.

Perfect to accompany shellfish and raw fish, it is ideal in combination with fish dishes, appetizers and aged cheeses.
