Description

The Alto Adige Valle Isarco Riesling of the Aristos line of the Valle Isarco Producers originates in the vineyards surrounding the monastery of Sabiona, the spiritual centre of Tyrol, in Chiusa di Bolzano.

This wine is produced entirely from Riesling grapes, with manual harvest of the bunches. After a soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation takes place exclusively in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. 7 months of ageing of the organoleptic characteristics on the noble lees follow.

It has a greenish yellow colour, tending to light yellow. Elegant fruity hints of peach, apricot and quince blend in the nose with delicate minerals. In the mouth it is fresh and spicy, presenting a remarkable structure but also an overwhelming refinement.

It excels in the company of delicate appetizers and fish or seafood dishes. It goes well with the dishes of Asian cuisine or with oysters, but is also suitable as an aperitif.
