Description

Vorberg is a wine that comes to life from the most suitable vineyards of South Tyrol, thanks to a manual harvest with a rigorous selection of the grapes. Once in the cellar, the grapes are subjected to a delicate pressing of the whole bunch and to an opening by natural sedimentation. Fermentation takes place at a slow and controlled temperature in large oak barrels. After this, malolactic fermentation and aging for 12 months on fine yeasts in traditional wooden barrels takes place.

A dazzling straw yellow color shines in the glass, while the nose looks forward to a varied bouquet, with a thousand facets, with fruity notes of yellow pulp fruits such as melon and peach, which are accompanied by pleasant aromas of quince jelly and dried fruit. On the palate it expresses the best of itself, with fruity notes that emerge vigorous, creamy and fleshy, with a distinctly mineral aftertaste.

It is the most suitable wine to nobly accompany a spicy fish soup, as well as a peppered mussel, mussels au gratin or spaghetti with seafood. Definitely to be tried with Roman artichokes, usually not very easy to combine.
