Description

Pinot Nero Riserva St. Daniel was born in a unique terroir, on volcanic soils inserted in a cool microclimate with strong temperature variations between day and night.

After a short maceration at low temperature the must is fermented, carried out in steel at a temperature of 25 ° C for 14 days. Once the malolactic fermentation is over, the wine ages for 12 months in wooden barrels and barriques, followed by a further year of bottle aging.

It presents itself at the sight of a beautiful garnet red of medium intensity. The olfactory bouquet lets you perceive delicate notes of cherry and red fruits that blend perfectly with spicy hints. The sip is deep and balanced, with an elegant finish of beautiful persistence.

Ideal with light appetizers and poultry, it can escort recipes based on fatty and structured fish.
