Description

The pride of the Terlano winery, this wine is part of the Rarità range, bottles of aged white wines, which mature for at least 10 months on fine lees inside steel tanks under pressure and, what is surprising, is the freshness of the wine, its youth which, at the expense of aging, gives it a very special character.

The grapes are subjected to light pressing according to a soft pressing program lasting 30 minutes and, after fermentation, the wine is left to mature for another 24 months in steel containers, but only on fine yeasts.

A very fine blend of Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, its first vintage dates back to 1979. A bright straw yellow color, the nose is surprised by a perfume that bewitches for complexity and outburst: dried meadow flowers, aromas of almond and pleasant mineral and spicy notes envelop the nose, while the palate already anticipates a juicy, mineral and persistent sip.

It is the ideal wine to forget a little in the cellar, to enjoy all its charm years later. Its remarkable organoleptic profile makes it the most suitable wine to accompany recipes based on asparagus, first courses with tomato or to be proposed as an aperitif.
