Südtirol - Alto Adige DOC Sauvignon Prail 2023 Colterenzio

The Sauvignon Prail di Colterenzio was born on the sinuous South Tyrolean hills, with morainic soils rich in minerals.

It is vinified separately in steel and wooden vats. After 6 months of separate aging on the fine yeasts, the wines are assembled and bottled.

Intense straw yellow with greenish reflections, intense notes of elderberry, acacia flowers and sage stand out on the nose. In the mouth it is fresh and delicate, with a pleasant mineral aftertaste.

Excellent with asparagus and fish dishes. Try it as a refreshing aperitif.
