Description

Sauvignon Blanc from the Lafòa di Colterenzio line comes from vineyards located in the municipality of Cornaiano, in the province of Bolzano.

It is produced entirely with Sauvignon Blanc grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Fermentation takes place, with brief maceration, partly in stainless steel tanks, partly in temperature-controlled barriques. After malolactic fermentation in barrique, the wine ages for 8 months in the same containers, before being bottled.

It has a very intense straw yellow color. The nose opens with evident hints of elderberry, sage and acacia flowers that are intertwined with elegant notes of wood. On the palate it is harmonious and balanced, slightly acidic, with a long and persistent finish.

Perfect to accompany recipes based on aromatic herbs and fish, this white wine lends itself to be combined with white meats, spicy dishes and fresh cheeses.
