Description

Eisacktaler Kellerei's Alto Adige Sauvignon was born in vineyards located in the magical Isarco Valley, in the heart of South Tyrol, a terroir traditionally suited to viticulture.

It is produced exclusively with Sauvignon grapes. After a soft pressing, the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks on the noble lees at controlled temperature. In the territory of the Valle Isarco there are ideal climatic conditions for the production of high quality white wines.

This Sauvignon is characterized by a greenish yellow color. The nose opens with an intense bouquet, with hints of nettle and black currant. On the palate it is dry, pleasantly round and typical.

Perfect to accompany vegetables and fish dishes, it is ideal as an aperitif wine.
