Description

H. Lun's Alto Adige Sauvignon is born in vineyards located in Monticolo di Appiano, in the province of Bolzano.

It is produced exclusively with Sauvignon Blanc grapes, harvested only by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine rests for a short period in the same containers to refine its characteristics of fruitiness and freshness.

It has an intense straw yellow color. The nose opens with intense and decisive aromas of elderberry, enriched by pleasant notes of pepper. On the palate it is full and full-bodied, with good balance.

Perfect to accompany savory appetizers, this white wine is ideal in combination with all fish-based dishes.
