Description
This Müller-Thurgau belongs to the cru line of the Novacella Abbey, Praepositus . It is built in the sunny hamlet of Elvas, located inside the Bressanone basin, in the province of Bolzano.
Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a constant temperature of 17 ° C. Subsequently, the wine always ages in steel for 6 months and for a further month in the bottle before being marketed.
In the glass it has a beautiful light golden yellow. On the nose it gives intense aromas of orange, rose and lychee, with hints of ginger and coriander. The sip is juicy and fresh, with a mineral and aromatic character.
Excellent with risotto with gorgonzola and walnuts, it goes well with prawn or lobster dishes.
