Description
Pure Pinot Noir grapes give life to this typical and indigenous wine, after a manual harvest and a rigorous selection of the bunches, in which only the best grapes participate. It is the result of slow fermentation at controlled temperature, followed by a malolactic fermentation and aging for 7-10 months in large wooden barrels.
Ruby red in the glass, the nose is soon wrapped in aromas of ripe red fruit and mineral notes. On the palate it masterfully enhances the balance between a fruity fullness and a barely perceptible tannic texture, which gives the wine a great elegance.
A versatile Pinot Noir like few, marries a roast kid on mashed vegetables and a lamb cutlet on herb risotto. A delicious and daring combination sees it in combination with a trout with miller on boiled vegetables.
