Description

The Alto Adige Pinot Nero di Tramin was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Montagna and in the hamlet of Mazzon, in the municipality of Egna.

It is produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes. Maceration takes place at a controlled temperature of 26 ° C, with daily pumping over and submersion of the marc to increase the release of substances from the skins. Fermentation and aging take place in barriques and partially in stainless steel tanks.

This Pinot Noir is characterized by a ruby red color with light garnet hues. The nose opens with fresh and fruity aromas of small berries. On the palate it is pleasantly harmonious, with a beautiful fruity tannic structure, rich in taste and fine on the palate.

Perfect to accompany red meats, it is ideal in combination with roasts and game.
