Description

Marjun , from the Tramin winery, is a Pinot Noir with a soul and fully South Tyrolean craftsmanship.

The grapes come from different locations, with vineyards that can be joined by soil profile but different by altitude. These are mainly calcareous soils, spread over altitudes ranging from 350 to 650 meters. The harvested grapes are de-stemmed and pressed. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, the wine rests in concrete containers for three days, before being decanted into oak barrels where it will refine for about a year before being bottled.

Ruby red with garnet reflections, it is very bright. Its scent tells the mountain made of crunchy and earthy berries. The mouth is caressed by a fine tannin and enlivened by a touch of freshness.

Perfect to accompany a fillet with porcini mushrooms.
