Description

The Alto Adige Pinot Nero Riserva Maglen from the Tramin winery was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Termeno, in the province of Bolzano.

It is produced from pure Pinot Noir grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation, with maceration, takes place in oak vats at a controlled temperature of 24 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages in French oak barrels for 14 months and in bottle for a further 12 months.

Tramin Pinot Noir Riserva Maglen has a dark ruby red color with garnet hues. The nose opens with intense fruity aromas of cherry and morello cherry enriched with subtle spicy notes. On the palate it is fresh and balanced with a long and persistent finish, pleasantly fruity.

This red wine is perfect to accompany roasts, game and spicy cheeses.
