Description
Authentic South Tyrolean Pinot Noir that originates from vineyards located in hot and ventilated plots of land in the Renon and Leitach areas, in the province of Bolzano.
Harvest in September. It is the result of a vinification that takes place first in steel and then ends with a short aging in oak barrels.
It takes on a ruby red color in the glass. On the nose there are hints of fruit ranging from cherry, raspberry and plum, to which are added elegant notes of violet. The taste is velvety and structured, with a well integrated tannin.
Excellent with beef and all feathered game, it goes well with medium-aged cheeses. Try it with a roe deer in blueberry sauce.
