Description
The Pinot Noir of Colterenzio originates from the slopes of the South Tyrolean area, which enjoy a favorable exposure to the sun's rays.
The must ferments on the skins in steel tanks at a temperature of 25 ° C. Once the malolactic fermentation has been carried out, the wine rises for at least 6 months in cement tanks and in large wooden barrels.
Medium intense ruby red, opens to the nose with aromas of black cherry and raspberry. The palate is juicy and round, with soft tannins and a finish of great harmony and elegance.
Perfect with light appetizers, a very good supply of duck and pheasant dishes, but also particularly tasty fish dishes.
