Pinot Noir of juiciness and tension, with a magnetic tannic boost. Nose of red currant, hints of Mediterranean scrub and rhubarb. Drink crunchy, with brackish tannins, finish with a fruity return and Mediterranean scrub.

Description

Pinot Noir from Blumenfeld is a typical red wine from South Tyrol, which comes from the warm and well-ventilated soils that surround the town of Bolzano.

The grape harvest takes place in September. The vinification takes place in steel at a controlled temperature, followed by a short maturation in oak barrels.

The color is ruby red. It begins on the nose with fruity aromas of cherry, plum and raspberry intertwined with refined notes of licorice and violets. The palate is velvety and elegant, moderately structured, characterized by good tannins.

To be savored in the company of beef and feathered game, it is appreciated with medium-aged cheeses.
