Nose of kiwi, cedar and pink grapefruit, with nuances of officinal herbs at the end of the smell, crunchy, dense, salty puff, with a return, on the finish, of the citrus and slightly almond trace.

Description

This Ritterhof Pinot Bianco is located in vineyards located in the Oltradige and Bassa Atesina areas, in a clayey and sandy soil, ideal for the viticulture of these grapes.

The harvest takes place entirely by hand in the second week of September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20 ° C.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose brings fruity hints of white plum and pineapple, accompanied by floral notes of hawthorn. On the palate it is full-bodied and fresh, with a pleasant persistence.

Suitable as an aperitif wine, it accompanies light appetizers, vegetable or fish based preparations.
