Südtirol - Alto Adige DOC Pinot Bianco 2023 Elena Walch

Pinot Bianco by Elena Walch was born in the heart of Termeno on the Wine Route, a small town in South Tyrol.

It is produced with pure Pinot Blanc grapes, softly pressed and whose must undergoes static clarification, which enhances the aromas of the wine. Subsequently it is fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 ° and aged for a few months on its lees in stainless steel containers.

This Pinot Blanc has bright straw yellow highlights and reveals a delicate bouquet, which ranges from fruity notes of apple to delicate and pleasant nuances of herbs. In the mouth it strikes its elegant fullness, minerality and lively and balanced acidity, which results in a persistent freshness.

Ideal as an aperitif, it is perfect to accompany delicate first courses and second courses based on fish and vegetables.
