Description

The autochthonous Lagrein vinified in purity from one of the most famous wineries in South Tyrol: a genuine expression of the territory able to satisfy even the most demanding palates.

After the harvest carried out with selection of the grapes in early October, fermentation in steel and malolactic fermentation follows in the same containers. Refine in large barrels.

Dark and deep red in color, it is loved by the intriguing aromas of cherry and blackberry on a violet background. In the mouth it is silky, with a structured and soft body enriched with spicy notes.

It is exalted in the company of tasty and roasted recipes, game and blue cheeses.
