Ruby red with purple flashes. The nose perceives clear aromas of ripe cherry and blackberry, supported by notes of violet, lilac and cocoa. The mouth is intense and persistent, with a good tannicity present until the closure of a finish that proves remarkably elegant and sapid.
Excellent with speck and red meat dishes typical of the South Tyrolean tradition, it is excellent with second courses of game.
