Description
Cantina Bolzano's Kerner is born in vineyards located in the Isarco Valley and Renon, in the province of Bolzano.
It is produced with 100% Kerner grapes, late harvested by hand at the beginning of October. After a soft pressing, fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine rests for a short period in steel, where it refines its characteristics of fruit and freshness.
Straw yellow with greenish reflections, it brings intense aromas of peach and apricot to the nose, enriched with spicy notes reminiscent of nutmeg. On the palate it is dry and full, with good flavor and freshness.
Perfect to accompany light appetizers and cold cuts, it is ideal in combination with egg and mushroom dishes, freshwater fish and seafood. Also excellent as an aperitif.
