Description

This Gewürztraminer comes from a terroir with a high wine-growing vocation, from vineyards planted on soils made of clay and porphyritic gravel.

After a short maceration at low temperature, the grapes are subjected to a soft pressing followed by a fermentation in steel at a temperature of 18 ° C. The wine remains on the fine lees until bottling.

Golden yellow in the glass, it opens to the nose on flavors of yellow rose, lychee and cloves, closing on notes of nutmeg. On the palate it is full and intense, with a spicy finish of great elegance.

Ideal as an aperitif or to escort spicy appetizers, it is excellent with seafood and white meats in general.
