Description
Brunnenhof's Südtirol Blauburgunder was born in vineyards located in the Mazzon di Egna hamlet, in the province of Bolzano, in the heart of the Bassa Atesina.
It is produced entirely with Pinot Noir grapes, harvested only by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 12 months in small oak barrels, before being bottled.
Brunnenhof's Blauburgunder has an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with intense aromas reminiscent of red berries. On the palate it is soft and fresh, fruity and mineral.
Perfect to accompany noble poultry and mushroom dishes, it is ideal in combination with feathered game and flowery rind cheeses.
