Südtirol - Alto Adige DOC Bianco Beyond the Clouds 2022 Elena Walch

Alto Adige Bianco Beyond the Clouds was born in Elena Walch's Castel Ringberg vineyard, located in the Bolzano municipality of Termeno on the Wine Route, in the heart of South Tyrol DOC.

It is obtained from a selection of proprietary white berried grapes, in which Chardonnay predominates. After fermentation, the wine ages in French oak barrels for about 10 months and for a further 6 months in the bottle, before being released on the market.

It has a very intense yellow color. The nose opens with a complex and aromatic bouquet, with notes of pineapple and rose petals followed by toasted hints. On the palate it is refined and complex, pleasantly soft and savory, with a finish that evolves on elegant woody notes.

Recommended in combination with savory first courses, this white is ideal for accompanying fish, cheeses and white meat dishes.
