Description

Pinot Grigio 15 is a white wine from the Castelfeder winery produced in the Südtirol – Alto Adige region. The grapes come from selected vineyards in Bassa Atesina; 15 is the designation of the vineyard where they enjoy natural protection offered by the surrounding mountains.

The winemaking takes place through manual harvesting followed by soft pressing of the grapes. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks. The wine is aged on the yeasts for six months, this technique enriches the body and gives complexity to the palate.

This wine is recognized for its bright straw yellow color and an intense aroma of ripe fruit. On the palate this Pinot Grigio 15 presents itself with a full and harmonious taste. Notes of pear and ripe apple intertwine with a lively freshness.

This wine pairs perfectly with appetizers, lightly spiced dishes and white meats.
