Gewürztraminer Vom Lehm is a white wine from Alto Adige produced by the Castelfeder winery. Derived from vineyards located in Bassa Atesina, this wine benefits from silty-clay soils, which enhance the complexity of its aromas. The wine label symbolically represents the journey from the soil to the vine to the glass of wine.

The production follows traditional winemaking methods with careful manual harvesting. After delicate pressing, the must undergoes alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine then matures on the noble lees for a period of six months, a process that contributes to enriching its structure and aromatic profile.

This wine has an intense and brilliant straw yellow color. On the nose there are aromas of roses, cloves and litchi, which blend with hints of tropical fruits. On the palate, Gewürztraminer Vom Lehm reveals a complex structure and a spicy note, offering a balance between floral and spicy aromas.
