Paarl Pinotage WO The Dry Land Collection Resolve 2020 Perdeberg

Perderberg's Pinotage Resolve is made with 100% Pinotage grapes from the South African Paarl region.

The vines have an average age of 20 years and are grown with minimal irrigation. After harvesting, the grapes ferment in steel to ensure a result that matches the characteristics of the variety.

Intense purple red in color, it has hints of ripe cherry and strawberry accompanied by spicy and spicy notes. On the palate it is fresh and immediate with soft tannins and a good structure that ensures it can be refined in the bottle.

Ideal to accompany grilled tuna steaks, pork chops and stewed lamb.
